Coil Earring

Dear all, today I came up with coil earring which is made of creamy green and orange color paper(5mm). However, I am keeping busy with number of things these days and blogging has become a luxury. But finally I have done something and would like to display it here. Although, its very simple but even then I liked the way I made it. I hope you all like my today's creation.

Quilled Snowflake

I love snowflakes simply for the reason that each one is unique and ever since I first saw quilled snowflakes on someone's blog I too wanted to make some. This time the motions and shapes definitely came easier also everything felt smoother and more consistent. I'm happy with how mine turned out, although not as elegant and well proportioned as it's model flake. But feel like with a bit more practice I'll be able to get better results. I will keep you all updated as my quilling thing continues.

Quilled card

This beautifully made blank quilled card is suitable for all occasions. It almost took my half a day to prepare especially the big flower and branches which connects the leaves because this is my first trial of quilling card. I like the butterfly on this card it looks amazing and also it was much easy to make and hope you will also like it.

Unnamed Earring

I don't know what should I name it actually something came up on my mind and I just figured out and it may be looking like a builiding blocks or something else. It does't take much time to complete I just rolled a single quilling paper to make shape of coil (per each) and glued together like building blocks.I hope that you all like my today's post.

Please suggest a name for this earring.

Leaf Patterned Earring

A beautiful pair of leaf shaped earrings made with double colored quilling strips.Quilled items are made by rolling thin strips of colored paper into various shapes then joining them to make components of a design and the twirls inside made in zig-zag pattern. The earrings hang from naturally oxidised silver hooks and to make much pretty I added a silver bead on the bottom.

I hope you all like my post and Thanks for stopping by,

Figure of Cherry

For me it glimpse like a cherry but I dont know what does it exactly looks like! I dint take much effort to do this. Once I started to learn quilling from my friend it was my second creation though it has no effort I felt the sense of satisfaction that I learned quilling.

Quilled Frame

Once I started quilling always wanted to try a frame and today I got time to give a trial.  You know what yes! I made a frame using a pizza box I just separated a top and bottom layer of the pizza box and made some lines manually to cut and mold in proper shape. Funny thing was I don’t have either a scale or a measurement tape but really it came out in a good shape. As usual I prepared some quilling flowers and a little bird to give a spirit to my creation just take a look on the pictures below.

Quilled Frame

This photo was taken with the snow background after the snowstorm hit Newyork today.

My Favorite Sketch

Painting is an infinitely minute part of my life and a good painting to me has always been like friend it keeps me company, comforts and inspires. There are two styles in a portrait paintings one is serious and the next is smirk. I always choose the second option silly way whatever comes to my mind I just do sketching on paper. Likewise I did a simple painting using a very ordinary colors and picture is also not clear but still I like it..
